I have been a PGA member since 1996 and have given thousands of lessons so I have seen a variety of swings. My philosophy is to work with what the student can do physically and get them to make the absolute best contact to achieve maximum consistency. I keep things simple and we have a great time learning to play this great game. Teaches at Palo Verde Golf Course

I am a class A PGA Professional as of March 2020 and the Head Golf Professional at Papago. I have been in the golf business since 2016 and have shadowed multiple top instructors across different states. My experience ranges from juniors all the way to elite level adults. In addition to private lessons, I teach a Welcome to Golf program at Papago Golf Club geared towards beginner adults. In our first season of the program we had over 85 participants and are looking to grow the program this upcoming season. Before being at Papago Golf Club, I was located at French Lick Resort in Indiana where I helped run the local First Tee Program. I have a passion for helping students of all abilities achieve their goals and experience the same joys through golf that I have been fortunate enough to enjoy. Whether your goal is to just get started, play with friends and family, or play more competitive competition, my goal is to help you get there through patient, knowledgeable instruction.

Why take golf lessons in Phoenix?

Phoenix offers some of the finest desert golf in the country. Papago Golf Club, a beloved municipal course at the base of Papago Buttes with Camelback Mountain views, has been a staple of Valley golf for decades. We-Ko-Pa Golf Club features two acclaimed courses set against the dramatic McDowell Mountains on Fort McDowell Yavapai Nation land.

Averaging 299 days of sunshine per year, Phoenix is a golfer's paradise with play available in every season. The thin desert air means the ball flies farther, and the Bermuda and ryegrass fairways create unique seasonal conditions. Working with a Phoenix-based instructor helps you adapt to the heat management strategies and course conditions unique to Sonoran Desert golf.

Whether you're looking for private golf lessons, beginner golf lessons, or advanced coaching, our Phoenix instructors cover every aspect of the game. Book a PGA-certified golf instructor in Phoenix through LearnGolf and get matched with a pro who fits your goals, schedule, and budget.
